How can I order Beachduffel products?

To place an order, choose the products you would like to purchase on beachduffel.com and add it to your shopping bag. Proceed to the checkout, insert your details, choose the most convenient payment method and pay for your order. Make sure all your information is correctly entered. Was my order on beachduffel.com successful?

Shortly after you complete the payment process for your order on beachduffel.com, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you have provided us with. If you have not received any email from us within 24 hours, please contact us via beachduffel@gmail.com.

Once your order has been completed successfully, you can check your order status in your account on beachduffel.com.

How do I create a new Beachduffel Account?

Your Beachduffel account is automatically created when you make your first purchase. If you checked out as a guest, simply set a password to access your Beachduffel account. Alternatively, click on Create a New Account on beachduffel.com.

How can I change my order?

As long as your order has not already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will try our best to accommodate your changes. If you would like to add or subtract something from an already submitted order, please contact us immediately via beachduffel@gmail.com.

The product is sold out, what now?

Please understand that our most popular items tend to sell out fast. Please contact us at beachduffel@gmail.com if your favourite product is sold out and we will try our best to accommodate you or find the best alternative option.

Shipping

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. If you would like to request a special order please contact beachduffel@gmail.com and we can assist you with this.

Will I have to pay import duties and fees to my country’s customs office?

For all international orders from outside of Australia, customs in your country may charge you import duties and fees and may delay the delivery of your parcel for additional inspections. Unfortunately, we cannot control or take responsibilities for such delays and additional fees charged by the customs office of your country. However, we will do our best to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for you.

How are Beachduffel products delivered to me?

All our shipments are sent through DHL or Australia Post delivery services for highest standards of reliability and service. Once your order is placed online, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use our detailed tracking service in your Beachduffel account and follow your parcel all the way.

How can I track my order?

Log on to your Beachduffel account on beachduffel.com and you can find the DHL tracking number next to your order information.

If you click the tracking number you will be redirected to a DHL or Australia Post website and can conveniently track your delivery.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Paying for your order on beachduffel.com is easy and we will not charge any fees for payments with credit or debit cards. We offer various ways to pay for your order including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Returns

Can I return my product?

If you are not convinced of your Beachduffel purchase, we make it easy for you to return it.

For all returns, we require that:

• The return occurs within 14 days after delivery

• The product is unused, unworn and in its delivery conditions

• The product is in its original packaging, in its original condition

Send us an email to beachduffel@gmail.com in order to start the return process. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with your returns.

Please note that Beachduffel reserves the right to accept or reject all return requests. If we accept your return request, you will be sent instructions on how to proceed with your return. The full amount (excluding shipping fees, customs duties and sales taxes) will be credited in the same format used to make the original order payment if the returned item is postmarked within 14 days of the shipping date indicated in the order tracking system.

How do I clean my product?

If your product gets stained, remove mark using a moist, light-colour cloth. How do I look after my bag?

To preserve the beauty of your Beachduffel bags and leather goods, we recommend that you:

• Avoid overloading your bag

• Avoid rubbing against abrasive materials

• Avoid contact with liquids and greasy substances (e.g. make-up)

• Avoid rubbing against colour-contrasting clothes or materials
